Refund Policy
Our policy on platform fees, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Platform Registration Fee
GammaMoney charges a one-time platform registration fee of ₹100 + 18% GST = ₹118 total per application. This fee is collected before processing begins and covers:
- Application review and user profile onboarding.
- KYC document collection, validation, and secure encrypted storage.
- Credit eligibility analysis and bureau inquiry facilitation.
- Lender profile matching and application forwarding.
This fee is for platform services only and is completely separate from any charges levied by the lending partner after loan approval.
2. General Refund Policy — Non-Refundable
The platform registration fee is non-refundable once application processing has been initiated. Services including document verification, credit checks, and lender matching begin immediately upon successful payment. Accordingly, the fee cannot be refunded on the grounds of:
- Loan application rejection by a lending partner.
- Change of mind after payment.
- Dissatisfaction with loan offers received.
- Failure to complete the application process after payment.
- Ineligibility determined after credit or document review.
3. Refund Eligibility — Exceptions
A refund may be considered in the following limited circumstances, subject to verification:
- Duplicate Payment: You were charged more than once for the same application due to a payment gateway error.
- Technical Failure: A confirmed technical fault on GammaMoney's platform prevented your application from being created or processed at all.
- Unauthorized Transaction: The charge was made without your authorization, supported by a formal complaint to your bank.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the transaction date. Requests submitted after this window will not be reviewed.
4. How to Request a Refund
To raise a refund request, email us at the address below with the following:
- Subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Registered Mobile Number]"
- Your registered mobile number and application ID (if available).
- Clear reason for the refund request.
- Supporting evidence: payment screenshot, bank statement entry, or error screenshot.

Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
5. Refund Review & Processing
All refund requests are reviewed by our finance team. We may request additional documentation to verify your claim. Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval.
- The refund is credited to the original payment instrument used at registration.
- Bank or payment gateway processing may add 2–5 additional business days.
- GammaMoney is not liable for delays caused by the user's bank.
If a refund request is rejected, we will notify you by email with the reason. You may escalate unresolved disputes through our Grievance Redressal process.
6. Loan-Related Charges — Out of Scope
GammaMoney has no role in collecting or refunding EMI payments, foreclosure charges, prepayment penalties, lender processing fees, insurance premiums, or any other loan-related amounts. For such disputes, contact your lending partner directly using the contact details provided in your loan agreement.
7. Policy Updates
GammaMoney reserves the right to revise this Refund Policy at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We recommend reviewing this page before making any payment.
